Operations Coordinator
30 hours/ week.
Kids in Need Waikato is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. The role includes overseeing care pack delivery, managing stock and storage, coordinating donations, and leading our amazing team of volunteers.

Admin Support
10-15 hours/ week.
Kids in Need Waikato is looking for an organised and detail-focused Admin Support team member. This role covers a mix of database and CRM maintenance, data validation, and general support for campaigns, events, and client referrals. You’ll also assist with Xero reconciliations and other projects that keep our organisation running smoothly.
